What you'll do

• Lead construction projects from start to finish
• ensure scope, budget, schedule, and quality compliance
• partner with preconstruction on pricing requests and bid packages
• maintain schedules, forecasts, and schedule of values
• oversee financial projections and reporting
• negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and pricing changes
• mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers
• enforce quality and safety standards
• manage project close-out
• facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings
• resolve subcontractor disputes and extra work requests.
