What you'll do

• Monitor financial results and analyze variances
• recommend strategies to maximize asset value
• prepare and review cash-flow budgets and forecasts
• track leasing activity
• coordinate with property management teams
• evaluate capital improvement and maintenance needs
• review market conditions
• assist with investment underwriting
• prepare internal and investor reporting
• support long-term asset plans
• work with leadership to execute asset business plans and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and partners.
