The Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Field Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Tulsa, OK, with local or regional site visits as required. Compensation is not specified. The technician supports Manna’s aviation operations and its mission to provide high-speed delivery using aviation-grade drones. The technician inspects, diagnoses, troubleshoots, and maintains the aircraft fleet and supporting systems. As first-line technical support during live flight operations, the role works with engineering, flight operations, and quality teams to keep aircraft safe, reliable, and ready to fly.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on aircraft maintenance and technical support
• act as first-line technical support during live flight operations
• perform routine and non-routine inspections, servicing, and repairs
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, and aircraft-system issues
• test aircraft after maintenance and support safe return to service
• maintain accurate records
• coordinate with engineering, flight operations, and quality teams
• maintain tools and equipment
• transport aircraft, parts, or tools between sites when required.
