What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and build rapport
• tour the community and explain its features
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• follow up with prospects
• complete lease applications, screening, and lease documents
• assist with outreach marketing and online listings
• support move-ins, renewals, and resident retention
• respond to resident concerns and service requests
• maintain leasing files and property-management records
• monitor apartment availability and market readiness
• assist with rent collection and lease renewals when needed.
