What you'll do

• Coordinate group assignments from Sales
• monitor contracts, room blocks, meeting space, food and beverage, and concessions
• communicate event specifications to hotel departments
• maintain client and group information in hotel systems
• forecast group room and food and beverage revenue
• coordinate rooming lists, menus, setups, and client requirements
• participate in site visits and planning meetings
• serve as liaison between Sales and Operations
• welcome clients and support event execution.
