What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menus and nutritional standards
• follow recipes, special diets, and resident preferences
• maintain food temperatures, storage, sanitation, and handling standards
• interact with residents and respond to feedback
• keep kitchen and food-preparation areas clean and organized
• support meal service
• help train and support team members
• follow health department, company, and safety standards.
