What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the hardware sales team
• maintain NetSuite data quality and pricing
• work with the NetSuite Administrator on sales-process automation and reporting
• compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• communicate with customers about order details
• coordinate open-order shipments and RMA requests with distribution partners
• update hardware support and HPS contracts
• assist the hardware technical team with end-user communications.
