What you'll do

• Manage Florida residential transactions through closing and post-closing
• prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements
• coordinate with transaction participants
• manage escrow funds and closing requirements
• identify and resolve transaction issues

• support local operational standards and team development if considered for leadership.
