What you'll do

• Manage document control in Arena, including creating, updating, and releasing assemblies, drawings, specifications, SOPs, and manufacturing instructions. Perform content quality checks
• route and track Engineering Change Orders
• maintain hierarchies, templates, and naming conventions. Review drawings and assemblies before release, collaborate to resolve discrepancies, support users on Arena processes, develop work instructions and onboarding materials, maintain knowledge-base content, identify workflow gaps, audit documents, and perform light CAD tasks in Onshape.
