Commercial HVAC Technician, Levels I, II & III

The Commercial HVAC Technician, Levels I, II & III role is field-based and onsite in the Nashville, TN area, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay is $20–$45 per hour, depending on experience and level. The technicians support a large portfolio of commercial facilities in the Nashville area. The role maintains and services commercial HVAC systems across assigned facilities through troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Senior Level III technicians may lead field work, guide junior technicians, and resolve complex system issues; all levels may assist with emergency or after-hours needs as part of a periodic on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Perform commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• diagnose equipment and system issues
• service RTUs, AHUs, VAVs, VRF systems, and related equipment
• follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures
• complete assigned work across multiple facilities
• document work and equipment issues
• communicate with team members, supervisors, and facility contacts
• assist with emergency or after-hours needs in a periodic on-call rotation. Level III technicians may lead field work, guide junior technicians, and independently resolve complex issues.
