Architectural Design Support Representative

The Architectural Design Support Representative role is onsite at Clopay’s Mountaintop facility in Mountain Top, PA. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour. The role supports architects and designers working with Clopay’s coiling and sectional door products. The representative provides technical and design assistance so architects can specify suitable products for project applications. By preparing drawings and specifications, recording project information, and helping establish bid dates, the role supports project bidding, product selection, and delivery.

What you'll do

• Respond to architect phone calls and emails
• provide design and technical support for coiling and sectional products
• ask questions and recommend products for applications
• prepare design-assist specifications and detailed drawings
• record interactions and project information in the CRM
• pass outside information to the lead coordinator
• complete drafting and design work and respond to specification inquiries.
