The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Annapolis, MD. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families in partnership with retail locations and attractions. The assistant manager supports the Local Manager in leading seasonal photo operations, developing the team, and delivering sales, service, and memorable guest experiences. The role helps prepare and operate the holiday photo experience from setup through daily guest service.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• address customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
