What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• carry out security procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations
• report suspicious behavior and policy violations
• document incidents
• communicate with hospital personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
