The Agile Scrum Master role is fully onsite in the Washington, DC area, with full-time employment and a stated salary range of $130,000–$145,000. The role exists to help Agile teams meet Program Increment commitments and sprint goals during a large-scale software and hardware integration effort. It facilitates coordination, removes impediments, supports Scrum practices, and drives continuous improvement across teams.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Agile teams and SAFe ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives, and PI Planning
• identify and remove impediments
• coordinate across the Agile Release Train
• support Scrum processes and Definition of Done
• partner with Product Owners on feature prioritization and user stories
• maintain team metrics and information radiators
• coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• mentor junior Scrum Masters.
