What you'll do

• Own and optimize the Dayforce LMS
• maintain learning content, catalogs, libraries, and competency mappings
• streamline operations through automation and process improvement
• work with vendors and stakeholders on system enhancements and integrations
• maintain learner records and certifications
• curate and deploy content
• analyze learning data and prepare reports
• manage the learning mailbox
• monitor learning trends and recommend improvements.
