What you'll do

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Facilitate arts, crafts, games, and outdoor play.
• Provide supervision during activities and meals.
• Support personal-care routines.
• Encourage language and emotional growth.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary classroom.
• Collaborate with staff and communicate with families.
