What you'll do

• Monitor Muse mentions on X on a continuous sweep cadence and classify posts using the Tier 1/2/3 rubric.
• Escalate hard-override cases to the Tier 1 queue, log Tier 3 posts without outreach, and own Tier 2 responses through clarification, reproducible issue capture, bug tracking, and stated resolution.
• Record tier decisions, maintain approved response language, hand off queue status between shifts, and share recurring themes with product and communications partners.
