Senior Variable Compensation Manager

What you'll do

• Support strategy, design, implementation, and improvement of incentive programs
• administer plan documentation, modeling, achievement calculations, validation, and payouts
• ensure plan accuracy and compliance
• analyze program effectiveness and costs
• partner on forecasting, accruals, and budgets
• build compensation dashboards
• improve data integrity and incentive tracking
• explore AI and automation tools
• develop program metrics
• educate managers and eligible employees.
