Associate Director, Quality Systems

What you'll do

• Own the strategy, design, and improvement of the Quality Management System
• maintain the quality manual, policies, and procedures
• lead documentation, training, deviations, CAPA, change control, supplier quality, risk management, and audit systems
• manage audit readiness and internal audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up
• oversee supplier qualification and monitoring
• define and report quality metrics
• lead management reviews and escalate compliance risks
• build and develop the Quality Systems team
• partner with cross-functional stakeholders to promote quality and timely closure of records.
