The coordinator oversees a team’s day-services operations, supports direct services and case management, and develops programming for adults with autism. The role contributes to safe, person-centered supports, staff development, and compliance with agency, state, and accreditation requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide direct service and oversee supports and interventions
• coordinate Autism and Mental Health Technicians
• collaborate on clinical oversight of plans, assessments, interventions, and data
• train staff in support plans and best practices
• oversee program operations and compliance
• manage caseload documentation and communication
• supervise staff and facilitate team meetings
• coordinate case management and promote client safety, independence, and rights.
