The physician diagnoses and treats patients, develops care plans, and coordinates continuity of care with clinical colleagues and relevant VA and community services. What you'll do

• Diagnose and treat veteran patients
• examine patients and assess injuries or disorders
• develop and implement patient management plans
• order and perform diagnostic tests
• prescribe medication and recommend diet and activity programs as indicated
• counsel and educate patients
• review outside-provider records and coordinate co-managed care
• complete clinical reminders and medical documentation
• address walk-in, triage, and urgent care needs
• collaborate with the PACT team and mid-level clinicians where appropriate
• comply with VA and company requirements.
