What you'll do

• Design, implement, monitor, and manage customer LANs and WANs
• support routers, switches, servers, firewalls, and network services
• diagnose network and telephony issues
• configure call routing, SIP trunking, RTP, and QoS
• support E911 location mapping
• coordinate with vendors and provide customer technical assistance.
