The Registered Nurse (RN), Charge Nurse, 12-Hour Shifts role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA, with compensation of $34–$42 per hour. Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 105-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The charge nurse provides direct patient care and guides nursing staff, helping coordinate care, communicate patient status, and support patient goals in collaboration with the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care and supervise and direct nursing staff in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines
• communicate patient status to the Unit Manager
• assist with nursing staff supervision, orientation, and training
• participate in patient care planning conferences with other disciplines
• identify patient goals and approaches. The role requires a current Registered Nurse license. One year of experience and management or leadership experience are preferred. Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
