What you'll do

• Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process
• participate in the interdisciplinary team and coordinate care across disciplines
• document and communicate essential information
• assign or delegate care to qualified team members
• supervise LPNs and monitor productivity and compliance
• assist with patient histories and physicals
• audit client records and report results to the QA committee
• develop action plans
• dispense methadone as required
• conduct preliminary nursing assessments
• review clinic reports and policies
• participate in client case conferences and health-related group meetings
• assist with day-to-day operations as needed.

Why this role
