The supervisor maintains a clinical caseload while overseeing and developing associate therapists. The role supports clinical quality through consultation, documentation review, supervision, risk mitigation, and evidence-based care, while contributing to team learning and organizational growth.

What you'll do

• Maintain a caseload of 15 sessions per week
• provide clinical oversight to six associate therapists
• conduct individual and group supervision
• review documentation and co-sign as needed
• coach clinicians and support professional development
• track licensure hours and BBS compliance
• participate in supervisor huddles and team learning.

Why this role

Requires active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure, at least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, and eligibility under California BBS supervision requirements. Expanded scope may include supervising up to four licensed therapists and a caseload of up to 20 sessions weekly.
