What you'll do

• Oversee project execution, scheduling, staffing, and delivery across the Construction Services Program
• manage program financial performance, budgets, cost controls, and forecasts
• conduct risk audits and lead responses to incidents, claims, disputes, and regulatory inquiries
• establish construction execution, safety, and quality-control standards
• review at-risk projects and direct corrective actions
• lead and develop project managers, construction managers, field leaders, and technical staff
• support client communications and business development efforts.
