Maintenance Technician II — The Summit at Hendersonville

What you'll do

• Perform apartment maintenance and make-ready work, preventive maintenance, and repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pools, appliances, and drywall.
• Respond to resident and management work orders, identify hazards, coordinate vacant-unit preparation and vendor warranty work, monitor supplies and maintenance budgets, and support grounds and curb appeal.
