The role contributes to guest service by following portion and temperature standards, maintaining kitchen equipment and inventory, and cleaning and sanitizing the work area.

What you'll do

• Cook and prepare food
• serve portions at the specified sizes and temperatures
• maintain equipment and serving counters
• maintain stockroom inventory
• clean the kitchen before and after business hours
• scrub, sanitize, and store pots, pans, utensils, and dishes
• perform related duties assigned by management.
