Group Home Manager

The Group Home Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Salem, MA, paying $24–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Oversee daily residential group-home operations. Supervise, schedule, and mentor direct support professionals and residential care staff. Develop and implement individualized care plans
• monitor resident health, behavior, and progress and coordinate with healthcare providers. Ensure compliance with DDS, DPH, and other applicable standards
• manage household budgets, documentation, and reporting.

Why this role

Requires MAP certification, at least one year of experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. CPR/First Aid certification is required or must be obtained. Knowledge of Massachusetts residential care standards and DDS regulations is preferred.
