What you'll do

  • Supervise HQS inspectors and coordinator
  • oversee scheduling and completion of inspections and reinspections
  • assist with program practices and forms
  • conduct audit inspections
  • verify unit compliance with health and safety requirements
  • train staff on HQS and EOHLC regulations
  • manage inspection data in YARDI
  • review lead-paint compliance documents
  • ensure property owners comply with inspection rules
  • address escalated issues
  • maintain stakeholder relationships and confidentiality.
