What you'll do

• Cultivate relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors to generate chronic and IVIG referrals
• collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations
• pursue revenue, profit, and market-share goals
• participate in sales meetings, training, and in-service presentations
• analyze territory performance and plan strategically
• resolve customer service issues
• support managed-care initiatives and pricing submissions
• maintain call and expense reports
• develop knowledge of disease states, therapies, and reimbursement policies.
