What you'll do

• Advise on agency project management processes and PPM practices
• use Adobe Workfront and Jira experience to identify process optimization, standardization, and automation opportunities
• support rOar adoption and agency rollouts
• develop and maintain the rOar PPM Starter Kit, training materials, guides, videos, templates, SOPs, FAQs, and playbooks
• document current and future processes
• analyze workflows and facilitate requirements workshops
• translate business needs into functional requirements
• partner with product and technical teams on platform enhancements and workflow improvements.
