What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and provide appointment information

• schedule or preregister appointments
• prioritize appointments using guidelines and training
• handle complaints and coordinate service recovery
• verify insurance benefits
• update electronic medical record scheduling and referral systems
• maintain accurate documentation
• participate in scheduling policy and procedure maintenance.
