What you'll do

• Reposition commercial tractors and trailers in designated non-highway yard areas and back trailers to dock doors
• shuttle equipment to and from logistics suppliers
• identify and document vehicle defects
• communicate maintenance needs
• record equipment readings
• ensure refrigerated trailers are at adequate temperature
• assist with unloading when necessary
• maintain DVIR booklets and comply with DOT log regulations and safety policies.
