Snow Team Leader and Supervisor

Job overview

The Snow Team Leader and Supervisor role is onsite in Middleton, WI. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare assigned people, equipment, materials, routes, and communication tools before events
• conduct pre-shift huddles
• direct assigned employees and coordinate subcontractors as applicable
• monitor progress, site conditions, staffing, and equipment
• verify work and coordinate corrections
• escalate shortages, delays, concerns, incidents, and risks
• review event documentation
• coach team members
• participate in after-action reviews and support training.
