Compensation is $22–$27 per hour. The Warehouse Lead is an onsite, full-time role in Underwood, IA, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Link Snacks makes protein snacks across a portfolio of brands. The lead coordinates warehouse and distribution work so product is produced, completed, received, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time. The role keeps the crew focused on tasks and deadlines while supporting communication and safe operations across the distribution center.

What you'll do

• Lead the departmental team and keep the crew on task
• support receiving and shipping product safely, accurately, and on time
• operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock picker lift trucks
• operate and maintain an RF scanner
• complete work order sheets
• clean and maintain warehouse areas as needed
• complete reports and reviews for management
• communicate with distribution center departments
• address customer, carrier, and employee issues
• follow company and OSHA safety rules.
