Payroll Manager

Payroll Manager is an onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with occasional schedule variations and rotation across local office locations. Compensation is $130,000–$150,000 per year. Sierra Circuits manufactures and assembles printed circuit boards and provides end-to-end PCB solutions. The International Payroll Manager oversees payroll operations across the United States, India, and Canada, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and data integrity. The role leads payroll staff and vendors, improves processes, and coordinates with HR, Finance, IT, and Accounting to support reliable payroll and reporting.

What you'll do

• Oversee U.S. multi-state payroll and monthly payroll cycles in India and Canada
• supervise the Payroll Administrator
• manage biweekly U.S. payroll and variable compensation
• validate payroll inputs and outputs
• coordinate funding, tax remittances, and statutory payments
• support close and year-end reporting
• maintain global payroll policies and controls
• improve workflows and systems
• ensure regulatory compliance
• conduct audits and manage vendor relationships.
