What you'll do

• Oversee parts tracking from start to finish
• communicate with staff and customers about parts status
• review body shop estimates and verify parts and pricing
• answer calls and track due-in parts
• dispatch, bill, and track core returns
• pull stock orders and conduct weekly bin checks
• dispatch parts to the paint department
• locate delayed parts and identify quicker options
• invoice parts to the correct repair order
• check in deliveries and verify parts, including LKQ and aftermarket parts.
