Design Center Sales Manager

The Design Center Sales Manager position is onsite in Kearney and Grand Island, NE. Compensation is not specified. The manager builds and leads commissioned sales teams across kitchen, bath, countertop, flooring, and window-covering categories. The role develops sales plans, supports customer relationships, monitors budgets and performance, and coordinates with management, purchasing, marketing, and other sales teams to meet sales and gross-margin goals.
