The role supports safe, regulated care through supervision, accurate documentation, communication among nursing personnel, and medication technician duties as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to CNAs, CMTs, and other direct-care staff
• direct nursing care in accordance with regulations and policies
• maintain accurate nursing observation and treatment records
• communicate with nursing personnel
• perform CMT duties as needed.
