The Assistant Childcare Teacher/Floater role is onsite in Daphne, AL, and is full-time. Pay is $12–$15 per hour. KinderKids Learning Center is a licensed childcare and early learning program serving children from infancy through Pre-K. The assistant supports lead teachers and provides classroom coverage across the center. By helping with care routines, learning activities, supervision, and classroom organization, the role contributes to safe and engaging environments where children can learn and thrive.

What you'll do

• Support lead teachers with classroom care, routines, and learning activities
• assist with meals, diapering, toileting, naps, transitions, and outdoor play
• maintain active supervision and classroom safety
• update daily activity logs and communicate with families
• clean, sanitize, organize, and set up classrooms
• document children’s learning through observations, photos, and videos
• provide support in different classrooms as needed
• work cooperatively with teachers, administrators, and support staff.
