What you'll do

• Prepare complex cost estimates for bids and negotiated proposals
• perform quantity surveys and maintain estimate audit trails
• review specifications and develop trade scopes and responsibility matrices
• lead vendor and subcontractor bid solicitation and coordination
• prepare material and cost summaries
• track value-creation items
• apply project schedule and logistics knowledge
• collaborate on economical construction approaches
• participate in procurement presentations
• provide training and mentorship
• build relationships with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
