What you'll do

• Run sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement across multiple teams
• coordinate production releases and post-release validation
• maintain Jira epic structures and handoffs
• coordinate feature-flag rollouts and staged testing
• surface blockers involving access, environments, and QA/SDET coordination
• report sprint health, release risk, and delivery metrics
• help teams adapt agile practices as AI coding agents change workflows.
