Mental Health Professional, Part-Time

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral health evaluations and assessments, including IM+CANS
• develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans using CIS
• provide individual and small-group counseling onsite, offsite, and virtually
• maintain documentation for compliance and billing
• collaborate with RGA team members
• monitor progress and document outcomes at least every six months
• maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
