What you'll do

• Lead, organize, train, review, and participate in maintenance work
• oversee and inspect technicians’ work
• manage work orders and aim to complete them within 24 hours when possible
• maintain safety standards and property condition
• keep maintenance records
• schedule routine maintenance
• complete make-ready repairs
• manage supplies and inventory within budget
• diagnose and perform minor repairs to building systems and equipment.
