What you'll do

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, accounts, and network connectivity
• administer accounts and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics/ERP environments
• build and maintain PC images
• provision equipment for onboarding, offboarding, and refreshes
• troubleshoot printers, scanners, and conference-room AV
• handle basic network cabling
• assist with disaster-recovery maintenance and cloud-hybrid infrastructure
• maintain documentation, tickets, and operational guides.
