What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues and schedule changes
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints
• address visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists for monthly sales quotas
• respond to emails
• alert coaches to client milestones.
