What you'll do

• Provide non-medical home care according to each client’s Plan of Care
• transport clients to appointments and activities
• assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and grocery shopping
• help with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care
• offer companionship and emotional support
• and document care and provide reminders as directed.
