Training & development. Position Summary: Home Health Aide / CNA. A Home Health Aide is a non-licensed member of the home care team who assists clients with daily living tasks as outlined in a care plan developed by the RN or Supervisor of Clinical Services. HHAs are supervised by the Supervisor of Clinical Services and receive scheduling from the office.
