What you'll do

• Lead assembly and disassembly of a range of cranes
• operate cranes and direct personnel
• communicate with dispatchers, brokers, and truck drivers
• manage crane parts load-out and offload
• ensure correct equipment, positioning, and rigging
• ensure crews follow safety requirements, training, PPE, and Job Hazard Analysis procedures
• inspect crane components and document condition
• troubleshoot communication issues, error codes, and basic electrical and hydraulic issues
• mentor riggers and junior A/D technicians
• manage productivity and communicate delays
• control costs where possible.
